Bognor Regis Watersports Centre Feasibility Study | Ampersand

Project management of a major research project to determine the viability of building a Water Sports Centre on the coast at Bognor Regis for clients the University of Chichester.

“I worked closely with Tracey during her time as Project
Manager for the development of a major feasibility study, assessing the
potential development of a Watersports Centre in a UK seaside town. This formed a
critical element of a much wider town regeneration project. As the researcher
for the project (and a recent graduate), I found Tracey to be an inspiration.
Tracey was very approachable and her energy and drive to develop a first class
product was evident from the start. Tracey's management of a diverse team and
her unequivocal ability to harness the strengths and skills from each
individual was crucial considering the stringent deadlines set for project
completion. Despite being a recent graduate and the least experienced member of
the team, Tracey encouraged me to make decisions and constructively express
opinions and recommendations. Her style of management combined with her
experience taught me valuable skills and helped me to develop professionally as
well as provide a real contribution to such a high profile report. The success
of the research project can be largely attributed to Tracey's management skills
along with her attention to detail and tireless motivation.” Matthew Haskell
